Terms and Conditions (Including Cancellation & Refund)

1.1. Role of Travinco Travel Solutions Travinco Travel Solutions (hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) acts solely as an agent for various service providers, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, ground transporters, and tour operators (collectively referred to as “Suppliers”). By booking with us, you acknowledge that the Company does not own or manage these Suppliers and is not responsible for their independent actions.

1.2. Booking and Payment

  • A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the specified deposit and a written confirmation from our team.

  • Price Fluctuations: Prices are subject to change based on currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government-imposed taxes until the final payment is received.

1.3. Cancellation & Refund Policy Since Travinco operates across diverse international borders (India, Vietnam, Thailand, etc.), cancellation terms are dictated by the specific Supplier involved.

  • Supplier Dominance: Each hotel, cruise, or airline has its own cancellation window (e.g., Non-refundable, 48-hour notice, or 30-day notice). The Company is bound by these external policies.

  • Service Fees: In the event of a cancellation, Travinco reserves the right to retain a non-refundable administrative service fee of [Insert Amount/Percentage, e.g., 5-10%] of the total package cost, regardless of the Supplier’s refund.

  • Partial Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for unused services, including missed transfers, unconsumed meals, or voluntarily skipped sightseeing tours.

  • Refund Processing: All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 15 to 30 business days, subject to international banking protocols.

1.4. Force Majeure The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, or sudden government travel restrictions.


Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

2.1. Assumption of Risk By traveling with Travinco, the Client acknowledges that international travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to health risks, political instability, and physical exertion. The Client assumes all such risks voluntarily.

2.2. Exclusion of Liability

  • Third-Party Acts: The Company is not liable for any injury, loss, death, damage, or delay caused by the act or omission of any Supplier or third party.

  • Personal Property: Travinco is not responsible for the loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects during the duration of the trip.

  • Medical Conditions: It is the Client’s responsibility to disclose any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking. We are not liable for complications arising from undisclosed health issues.

2.3. Travel Documentation It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to obtain and carry a valid passport, required visas, and health/vaccination certificates for all countries visited. Travinco is not responsible for any expenses or losses incurred due to the denial of entry or boarding by authorities.

2.4. Travel Insurance Requirement Travinco Travel Solutions strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance. This should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, personal liability, and baggage loss.

Jurisdiction: At the end of the T&C, add: “These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kerala, India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Trivandrum.”
